Hairdresser Cut At Being Cut

I don't know what it is about Rob ... he was actually starting to grow on me. Although I never would have picked him as someone I'd warm to (and no I'm not being homophobic, his personality just wasn't the sort I thought would appeal to me), the more I watched of him, the more I enjoyed him being in the House.

Initially his eyebrows and hairstyle freaked me out a bit, but once that moment had passed, I saw that he was a delightful chap. His bitching was entertaining for the most part, and I would definitely have preferred Mr Fall-From-Grace (Jamie) to be evicted this week in Rob's place.

But that was not to be. Rob's behaviour with Camilla and Dave was especially heartwarming, and the majority of the clips shown during his Eviction show made me smile. He seems like a really great guy who takes things well (despite the title of this post, which was written that way purely for the lame pun, obviously).

The other eviction was the far less notable one for Lauren.

Yeah, whatever.

Have you heard the drama?
Seems Legion interactive stuffed up again. Lets hope Rob goes back in the house.
I doubt it though. Grrrr!

Whoa! No, I hadn't heard that! I wonder if that means Jamie was the one to go after all?!

(I just hope it wasn't Camilla.)

Well, now that the rumour's out, if it's true, they HAVE to put him back in. They can't risk everyone losing faith in the system -- AGAIN!

They have too much $$ riding on the whole voting system.

Oooh! Controversy! I love it!

Thanks for the tip-off, Steph!

hey, I found you through steph. I love Rob - he looks like he should be a member of Duran Duran and this rates highly in my book! Lauren was a yawn fest and never should have been put in the house in the first place - in fact anyone with the key phrase "I get along with guys better than girls. Girls just don't seem to like me" on their application really shouldn't even be considered..they always end up being the biggest yawns in the house.

I'd love to see Rob go back in - but not at the expense of camilla.

bevis. i have found a way of getting on board the bb train. i time my gym visit for 6.30 arrival on a weeknight. (what i do is cook dinner for the fam, make sure i have my gym gear on, then i'm ready to slip out the door when john comes home. i say hi first, naturally!) then i go to the gym and watch neighbours and bb while on the treadmill. i can tune in on an fm station and listen.

bliss. this is what my life was missing before.

jamie, do i detect a south efrican eccent?

just wait a few more eps and i'll be brimming with opinionated... opinions on them all. but thus far, i like camilla's outspokenness, and CANNOT BEAR THE NEW ONE, i want to say effy. what's her name, it's an odd name. um. and what was jamie's fall from grace?

M, welcome! (Ain't Steph a lovely lady? Nah, I don't think so either!) How do you feel about Rob's looks now that Rove has shaved his head? He looks so 'normal' now without his locks that he's actually very dull. I can see now why he grew it in the first place; it kind of gives him his whole personality. (That wasn't meant to sound as mean as it probably did. I like Rob. Maybe the word I'm looking for is 'individuality'.) I agree with your "I get along better with the opposite sex than my own" rule of thumb. I hope David and Camilla are safe this week. I'd love Krystal and Gaelan to be split up, and would be happy for either of them to go.

MelbourneGirl, I love that you've scheduled your whole evenings around Neighbours and Big Brother! But don't you watch Neighbours with Princess and the other members of your family? I seem to be getting mixed reports. How do you tune in to Channel Ten on "an FM station"? I'm obviously ignorant of whatever technology you're using to do that. As for Jamie, apparently both of his parents are English, so perhaps it's just an 'eccent' he's picked up from his home life. I thought you were right, though. But Wifey assures me that this 'British' theory is the truth. And you should never challenge a pregnant woman. Capeesh? I look forward to all your opinionated opinions. 'Perry' is the one who's driving you insane. Us too. What a nutbag. (Jamie's 'fall from grace' was when he and Katie were nominated -- they behaved like little children and then Jamie was nominated again the following week as a direct result of his behaviour the previous week. But he puts it down to people 'hating him' and him not trusting anyone anymore, little realising if he'd taken the initial nomination on the chin like Camilla is so good at doing, he would have been fine. And ever since, he keeps digging his grave deeper by disrespecting BB and the other Housemates by losing more and more of the prize money and not caring; he's being a real jerk now, basically. Initially I thought he was a top guy for how he was dealing with all of Katie's insecurities and unfair needs and requirements, but now I just want him out.)

Oh, this is the best Bevis! Perry bites, I desperately hope that Gaelen the freaky alien is booted, and that vacuous Kristal is hot on his tail. Those two keep getting described as gorgeous, I'm not getting it. At. All.

bevis until now, yes we would sit around as a family and watch the taped ep of neighbours after dinner.

but now i am a gym bunny, they continue the home routine and i go for the burn and watch at the gym. i don't know how it works but on just a normal radio, i tune into a particular fm frequency and it has channel 10 loud and clear. they have the other channels too.

ask clokey how it works. i have no idea. magic?
